Ittendant Doorbird SIP Service Annual Term of service Unit Cost provides DoorBird SIP Service Unlimited Calling for all US & Mexico with the exception of Alaska and western provinces of Canada. XNET DTrunk Service includes Tax in Total. ** Alaska, Canada western provinces and International calls to client telephones are billed at our standard domestic/international rates and are considered additional fees billed on an annual basis to your credit card on file or will be billed to the resident, building, facility or association responsible for the location.
Client Authorization The signature below indicates acceptance and authorization of terms and estimated costs as set forth in this agreement. By signing this contract, you agree that you are an authorized company representative. In addition, agree to the contract terms on this document, and confirm that you have read and agree to the terms Master Service Agreement and any coinciding service schedules. This statement of work is exclusive of any taxes or fees that will be assessed upon invoicing. Installation fees and a security deposit equal to one month of required prior to order being placed. Service Cancellation of services requires 30-day advanced written notice. If notice is received prior to the end of the term commitment, Customer will be required to pay 100% of the contracted/standard monthly fee for all services for each month remaining in the term commitment.
